I caught a reallly gnarly flu that lasted for a few weeks when editing this video. I had no desire to leave bed, let alone do makeup; so I just made this video a little longer than usual. I go into the history of ancient Egyptian makeup and mummies. It was a lot of fun to create!

Decided to jump on the trend bandwagon and try out this really cool Instagram trend called Instaception! My little twist on it is painting myself grey scale and styling my hair vintage to give it a modern vs old school twist. I really loved creating this and am planning on doing some more grey scale in the future!

I had so much fun creating this look! I wanted to follow this tutorial and try bumper bangs for the first time and then when I saw these little butterflies, the whole look came together. Definitely cant wait until next spring/summer because I think this will be a staple look of mine!
